Smart PNLC Film
PNLC (Polymer Network Liquid Crystal) smart film, also called Reverse PDLC film, normal power off condition is clear, when power on, change to opaque; it is an advanced technology product that leverages the alignment properties of liquid crystal molecules to control light.; it seamlessly switches between transparent and opaque states. This film is widely used in privacy protection, projection displays, and energy-efficient buildings.
Product Structure
The working principle and product structure of PNLC (Reverse PDLC Film) are essentially the same as PDLC. It consists of PET layers coated with ITO on both sides, with a liquid crystal polymer layer in the middle. However, unlike traditional PDLC, PNLC remains transparent under normal conditions and turns frosted white when powered on, making it an ideal privacy film.
